i left my cow in the trashcan: August 2005

I look at Rain's fanlisting and SUDDENLY there are 85 Singapore fans.
I dont know if I shd cry or cheer.

Any remedy for boosting memory? I need lots of short-term memory now to last me for tmr's test. 6 weeks passed just like that. I m actually entering mid-term. -shivers-

The modules I m taking:
* Introduction to Communication Studies
* Introduction to the Study of Literature
* Social Problems in a Global Context
* S'pore society in transition
* Person and Society

The last 3 modules are Sociology modules. That's basically what Sociology is about. Lectures are fun coz there's lots of interaction between lecturer and us and we get to watch interesting videos. Tutorials are all discussion based; mostly group work or debate sessions plus presentations. Basically we are to THINK and THINK and THINK. Also to READ and READ and READ. Assignments are not heavy YET unlike the biz and accountancy students (always rushing to finish tutorials).

I like what I m doing, though people always give me the look when I tell them the course I m in. Then, the next qsn they'll ask is, "So, what can you do after you graduate?"

I'm kinda sick of it.

running on the VJ track

drinking the soup my mom makes
singing the national anthem and saying the pledge
eating in the canteen with my clique
waking up before sunrise
playing captain's ball during sec sch days
having orchestra practices

for 2 hours, i've only read 8 outta 23 pages of my readings
so tired. did i mention living in hall is tiring?
i wonder travelling 2 hrs from home or living in hall is more tiring
rahh. i forgot when was the last time i wrote an actual 1500 words essay
i'm beginning my essay-writing days again
beats doing mathematical sums or memorising formulae!
these days life has been going up and down
sometimes i feel so blessed so loved so glad
other times i feel so alone so neglected so unhappy
but then again i realised He's always there for me
so i m thankful again
for all that i have
