Prelims is meant to be difficult.
Math paper is not gonna be easy.

-sigh- Studying is not a happy thing to do, esp. when there's a major exam coming up. The emotional stress gets to you every now and then... but you just cant afford to give up. It's a matter of how well a person can hold on till the exams end. No wonder the rate of people breaking down starts to accelerate from this period onwards. I hope I wont become one of those. But I dont think so I'll be.. haha.. it's just the impact of my results that will get to me. I am only taking 3 subjects and I am feeling that there's never-ending work to be done.

I am placing my highest hope on my history. If I cant get the result I want for something I have passion for, then what about my math? My math has always been in a terrible state. A low D will get me going =) Haha.. Must work hard all my friends!! Wanna see everyone in varsity next yr!!

I read an interesting article in Life! by Nicholas Fang- "Sex at the Olympics". Makes me wanna be at the Olympic Village too! Haha... 10,000 of the most finely tuned and scuplted bodies together... *drools*

Finished GP prelim paper today. Was quite a killer paper I think. -sigh-

Anyway I've been catching my fair share of the Athens Olympics. A pity to Li Jia Wei who failed to beat the noisy Korean.. or she could have brought back a bronze. It's ok, that's sports and she has already tried her best=)
A pity to the Chinese sychronised divers. They were superb until the big flop into the pool(damn, by the cute China guy). *shakes head*
Disappointed by the S'porean swimmers. All below expectations.. What happened Mark Chay??
Anyway the US swim team was smashingly turning waves in the pool, esp. Michael Phelps *gasp!* and Jason Lezak is seriously cute.
Jodie Henry is my new idol. She swims real fast, astonishingly fast!

3 weeks of study break ahead of me. Have to make full use of time!!!

Tired.

Sometimes the unexpected things happen. I guess this is life. Heard that some super vj muggers are studying till 3am in the morn. siao. What's the point of studying so hard when at any time anything can strike you down? Life is always so unexpected. Is it better to live life like there's no tomorrow or plan so far ahead and then never getting there?

Glad to see a change in the S'pore govt and a new leader taking charge. I think Mr Lee is a good man and he will prove himself as a capable PM.

I m in love with jay's qi li xiang :)
Had a wonderful though tired day yesterday. I was out from 8.30am to 12 midnight! gosh. Shan said xl must be very happy now coz yesterday wanny and I said our sinner's prayer which meant that Jesus is now our Lord and Saviour! Yea and we will all meet him in Heaven :)

After the church service, me, shan and wanny went out to mug though it was a short period only and the whole city hall was crowded with people! PEOPLE like many thousands of them. yucks and i hate crowds!! Met up with Jeremy and Huijie at 6 plus for dinner along with their friend Ivan and I had severe difficulty looking for them in the huge crowd. Haha.. the whole city link was clogged with humans and as we walked to the esplanade the crowd continued to grow. I m amazed by the number of humans attracted to watching fireworks.

Had dinner at Thai Express and we all waited like 1 hr and no food arrived. Apparently the waitress forgot to key in our order! lol. The three guys were damn funny. Was so amused by them. At 8.30pm the fireworks started and the 4 of us dashed out of the restaurant to watch the display. Ivan and Jeremy soon disappeared leaving me and Huijie trying to find a spot to see the fireworks and I was so irritated by the screaming young girls. -rolls eyes- It was a short display and we had to squeeze back into the restaurant to finish our much-awaited dinner. Yum. That Jeremy is so piggy as usual he had to lick clean all the plates including mine. Haha.

Later we walked all the way to where the fireworks concert was held. Hell lot of people. I saw Toro! and Yan Xing Shu though they looked like ants. Saw kone and some funny grp who can dance real well and impressed Jeremy like nothing.. Saw Yan Xing Shu did some tricks with a bball and I teased Huijie the MVP to challenge him. Always at the mention of MVP dear Huijie will go all quiet. Damn cute.

Was late as we left but it was a good time out with them. Yea and anyone wants The Cocca Trees voucher? 10 bucks with 60% proceeds going towards the St. Andrew's Village Fund. :)
